Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on Orders Over PKR 4000: Enjoy free shipping on all orders above PKR 4000.
- Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below PKR 4000, a shipping charge of PKR 200 will apply.
Order Processing & Dispatch Times
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed by 3:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via our Registered Courier Service.
- Next-Day Dispatch: Orders received after 6:00 PM will be dispatched the following day.
- Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on Sundays and Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 3 to 4 working days (excluding Sundays).
- Busy Seasons & Mega Sales Events: During peak shopping seasons or our mega sales events, deliveries may take up to 6 working days.
Delivery Guidelines
- Home or Office Delivery: We will deliver your order to the home or office address provided at checkout.
- No PO Box Deliveries: We are unable to deliver to PO boxes. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt.
- Delivery Attempts: Our courier service will make at least two attempts to deliver your order to the provided address.
Additional Terms
- Self-Collection & Non-Serviceable Areas: For self-collection orders or deliveries to areas without courier service, we may require advance payment.
